| Set-up New Outlook: |
If you do not currently have Outlook 2013/2016 or plan to use the free copy we offer, folow these instructions.
- Make DNS Setting changes to your domain per above.
- Download and install Microsoft Outlook from one of the links above.
Next, you need to configure Outlook 2013/2016.
- Launch Outlook 2013/2016.
- In the Startup Wizard, click Next. On the Account Configuration page, select Yes to indicate you want to configure an email account, and click Next.
- On the Auto Account Setup page. Enter the following information:

Your Name: Enter your first and last name.

Email Address: Enter your Hosted Exchange email address.

Password: Enter the password you created for your Hosted Exchange email address.

Retype Password: Re-enter your password.
- Click next. As long as you have properly made the DNS Setting changes, Autodiscover will configure your account.
- Launch Outlook.
- Choose Allow on the notice to Allow this website to configure server settings. Be sure to check the box next to "Don't ask me about this website again"

| Set-up Existing Outlook: |
If you are already using Outlook 2010/2013/2016, follow these instructions.
- Make DNS Setting changes to your domain per above.
Next, you need to create a new profile.
- Go to the Windows Start menu and choose Control Panel.
- Choose Mail.
- Click Show Profiles, then click Add.
- Enter a name for the new profile, we suggest HostedExchange, and then click OK.
- The next screen is the Auto Account Setup page. Enter the following information:

Your Name: Enter your first and last name.

Email Address: Enter your Hosted Exchange email address.

Password: Enter the password you created for your Hosted Exchange email address.

Retype Password: Re-enter your password.
- Click next. As long as you have properly made the DNS Setting changes, Autodiscover will configure your account.
- Launch Outlook.
- Choose Allow on the notice to Allow this website to configure server settings. Be sure to check the box next to "Don't ask me about this website again"
